Polka Dot Euro Twirl Halter Dress

Stunning and classic black and white polka dots teamed with a rose pink ribbon trim make this halter dress a must have.

The skirt is trimmed with white with back polka dotted ruffles and the ribbon.  The bodice has a tie at the neck and there is elastic in the back for ease with a tie at the waist.  Decorative stitching is used throughout the skirt.  The flower pin is removeable.
